Sunshine Nursery was founded in August 1998 by Linda McGregor, whose passion and dedication to high-quality childcare have shaped the nursery into what it is today. With a clear vision to create a nurturing and stimulating environment, Linda set out to provide a safe space where parents could feel confident leaving their children in the care of warm, experienced staff who are committed to promoting learning and development.

Starting with just 35 places for children aged 3–5 years and an after-school club, Sunshine Nursery has grown significantly under Linda’s leadership. Over the past 26 years, the nursery has expanded its services to welcome children from infancy upwards and now proudly offers a capacity for up to 87 children.

Driven by Linda’s commitment to excellence, Sunshine Nursery continues to be a trusted part of the community—where every child is encouraged to thrive, learn, and shine.
